-Measures against doping












The fight against doping in sport is necessary to adopt an approach of criminal policy on the one hand, enhances the prohibited conduct research and improve the results of the repressive measures against doping in sport, and that, moreover providing appropriate punitive treatment to sanction the conduct of persons belonging to the athlete involved or encourage doping and / or trafficking, distribution and sale of banned substances environment. This approach demands the introduction offense risk behaviors that are defined through an amendment to the Criminal Code, and they can not be punished under the current regulations.

  1. What do you think about sharapova´s doping? She consumed a substance to increase her endurance in the Open of Australia and that substance was forbidden when this year started. She consumed it years before when it was legal, is it unfair?
